Returns + Exchanges



Since our products are made to order, we cannot cancel any orders once they have been processed. However, we accept returns in their original, undamaged packaging including invoice within the 14 days period of receiving your purchase. Please note the following:

  • Items that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 
  • Refunds will not be processed until your returned item arrives at our office.
  • Refunds will be credited back in the original method of payment, and no sale items are returnable. 
  • We currently do not reimburse shipping costs.
  • All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping.


We are currently unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges.
